The delivery took longer than I thought it would, which feels like how it always goes with online orders. It did show up late, but at least the tracking worked well so I wasn’t totally in the dark.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when my order from shopcoveusa showed up, but it was packed really well. The box wasn’t beat up or anything, and everything inside stayed put. Maybe I’m just used to messy shipments, but it was nice to see they actually seem to care about packaging

I ordered from Shop Cove USA i’m completely convinced the shipping was faster than it had any right to be. My package showed up in just a few days, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. The tracking wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it updated enough that I always had a solid idea of where it was. I’m taking off one star because the box looked a little beat up when it arrived, but overall, the delivery experience was genuinely good.

I mean, customer service was nice and they did help me with my question, so I can’t really complain too much. The replies were just kind of slow, which was a bit frustrating. It all got sorted in the end, thankfully, but yeah... I do wish the process had been a little quicker.
